A Personal Note About This New Chapter
If you’ve been here for a while, you know that Expresso Reflections was born during a season when I was simply trying to make sense of life as it was unfolding — the challenges, the exhaustion, the grief, and the small moments of hope in between. Writing was a way to breathe, to process, and to survive.
Over time, something shifted.
I realized that my story — and the stories of so many women around me — were not just about reflection. They were about endurance, courage, reinvention, and the quiet strength it takes to rebuild a life after years of simply getting through the day.
Gladiator Women grew out of that realization.
This space is now dedicated to women who have carried heavy responsibilities, faced unexpected battles, and kept going even when no one saw how hard it was. Women who are no longer content with just surviving… and are ready to live again.
Nothing about the heart of this space has changed. If anything, it has become clearer, stronger, and more intentional. You’ll still find honesty here. Compassion. Real talk about hard things. But now, you’ll also find guidance, tools, and encouragement for what comes next.
Thank you for being here — whether you’ve been part of this journey from the beginning or you’re just arriving now. You are not alone, and it is not too late to reclaim your life.
With gratitude,
Tenia ✨
